Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based on Oahu. Servicing in the Waipio to North Shore Areas which is the --- Waipio, Mililani, Wahiawa, Haleiwa, Waialua, North Shore areas which I cut off in Laie. However I do service outside of these boundaries. Anywhere outside of these areas will have to pay an additional $30 fee.

I now travel interisland as well.

Do you require a deposit? When is full payment due?

Yes. A 50% non refundable retainer fee is due upon booking to secure your desired date. I have a strict retainer policy, once paid absolutely no retainer refund. But where possible I am more than happy to reschedule.

Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the booking date.

How many pictures will I receive?

Depends on your package that you selected. Please see the packages above. All Packages will give 20+ photos unless you shoot a Mini Session or a special. All photos are chosen by quality not quantity. I remove duplicate photos, missed focused shots, and images that may lessen the overall product delivery. I do my best to give only the best of the very best.

I do NOT send unedited photos.

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks - 3.5 weeks. You can download all the photos from an online gallery with shareable link.

"I need my pictures sooner.."

I offer a rush fee of an additional $80.

You will receive photos in 2 days when RUSH payment is made.
